The short version
Your email address is used to send you the content you asked for (downloads and the newsletter) — nothing else. It is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. You can unsubscribe with one click at any time.
What we collect
When you subscribe or download a freebie, we collect your first name (optional) and email address, stored securely with our email provider (MailerLite). When you purchase a product, payment is processed entirely by Stripe or PayPal — we never see or store your card details. The contact form collects only what you type into it.
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand which pages help visitors most. The site stores a small browser preference (localStorage) to remember if you've already subscribed, so we don't nag you twice.
The Journi AI assistant
Questions you ask the "Ask Journi AI" chat are sent to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate a reply. Don't include sensitive personal information in chat messages.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any email, or request deletion of your data by writing to us through the contact page.
